All student bills are online and are generally available immediately after you register or change your schedule (Fall available-July 2nd, 春季发售- 12月1日, 夏季(4月1日). Students should check their online bill frequently because various charges could post at any time. Below are the most common reasons your semester bills may be different:

Scholarships-If a scholarship is designated for fall only, it will only apply to the fall bill.

Health Insurance-Health insurance is typically assessed in both semesters. The fall coverage is from the start of the semester (mid-August) to December 31^st and billed based on the length of time of coverage. 春季报道从1月1日开始^st to the following start of the next fall semester (mid-August) and assessed for the length of coverage. The spring assessment is larger due to the variance of coverage.  

Course and Class Fees-These fees are assessed based on your enrollment and are assessed within the semester you are enrolled.

Matriculation Fee-This is a onetime administrative intake fee and generally assessed with the fall bill.

Title IV funds are federal funds awarded to students for tuition and fee coverage. The 1098-T form is used by eligible educational institutions to report information about their students to the IRS as required by the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997. The 1098-T form is informational only and should not be considered as tax advice. It serves as an alert to students that they may be eligible for federal income tax education credits such as the Lifetime Learning and the American Opportunity Credit as part of their Federal Income Tax Return.
