BGSU has earned a reputation for its outstanding keyboard program, drawing students from all over the United States and the world.  的 four full-time piano faculty members, Solungga刘, 劳拉·梅尔顿, 罗伯特Satterlee, 叶夫根尼•Yontov have diverse backgrounds and maintain active performing careers.  With approximately 50 piano majors, including undergraduate and graduate students in degree programs in performance and music education, the BGSU piano program offers a wide range of opportunities to build your pianistic artistry in a caring and nurturing environment.

的 College sponsors a number of competitions for student pianists at BGSU.   的 比赛 in Music Performance offers students the chance to play concerti with the BGSU Philharmonia or Wind Symphony.  的 Douglas Wayland Chamber Music 竞争 honors students in various chamber music groups, the Conrad Art Song 竞争 pairs pianists with singers to perform art songs, with prize money equally shared between the pianist and singer.
